Giulia has just been invited to take part in a humanitarian project located in Gaziantep (Turkey), near the border with Syria.
From November 2017, for two months, Giulia will work for the Gaziantep Training and Youth Association (GEGED), developing educational and musical projects for the Turkish community and Syrian refugees and asylum seekers.
She will take active role on behalf of SGDD-ASAM (Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants). ASAM, in cooperation with UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency) aims to improve protection conditions of Syrian refugees and to empower them through the Peace & Art and the Yeşil Su centers in Gaziantep, creating a healthy environment between refugees and host Turkish community by means of a wide range of arts, recreational and public awareness activities.
Giulia also scheduled several piano concerts in Turkey for the months of November and December.
